LCM Vision and Ministry Profile

OPENING:

LCM believes that the hope of every community, state and nation is the life that Jesus offers through His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension. That hope flows through the word, work, and witness of the local churches in that region which is God’s plan A for transformation and reformation. The Church is the linchpin which connects the conduit of Heaven’s resources into people’s lives. Everything changes when the resource of Christ’s victory touches them.

WHAT DOES LCM OFFER?

There are TWO lanes of ministry which LCM has expertise and potential partnership with pastors and churches. Kevin and Tracie Baird offer a broad spectrum of ministry expertise and resource which is the culmination of the following experiences:

·       Over 46 years of vocational, Christian ministry experience involving a vast array of assignments including: Pastoral Leadership, Itinerant Teaching and Preaching, University level professorship, Church planting, Church expansion and building, National Conference speakers, Missionary outreach, Media ministry, Civic engagement, and more.

·       36 years as local church pastors.

·       30 years of leadership in 3 Ministerial Networks. (Evangel Fellowship Int., Network of Related Pastors, AND Executive Director, Florida Family Voice / Church Ambassador Network of Florida)

·       20 years of active church engagement with culture and elected government officials in three states.

The Two lanes of ministry are as follows:

1.    Legacy Christian Ministries (Local Church Resource) – These ministry opportunities are designed primarily for strengthening and building the local church in FIVE primary areas:

FreedomThe believer, nor the local church, will accomplish the mission God has assigned without experiencing the wholeness and freedom the Gospel promises. This would include healing and freedom from all oppressions and bondages. This would include:

–       Wholeness and Freedom Seminars or Conferences

(Addition 02/02/2026) Legacy Christian Ministries, Inc. is excited to announce a new ministry lane to offer pastors and the body of Christ at large. Effectively immediately, scheduling is taking place for counseling and life advisement services from a distinctly biblical framework. These services can be in-person if you are in the Jacksonville, FL. region -or- virtual if distance is a problem.

Pastors may be interested for TWO distinct reasons:

  1. As a pastor, you are on the constant lookout for quality Christian counseling within a biblical frame work to which you can recommend your members to access. LCM upholds and affirms the authority of the Bible and the essential place of the local church. Often times your schedule and demands make consistent counseling appointments challenging. LCM provides an option of partnership which provides both pastoral and real life expertise.
  2. You may personally wish to access a pastoral colleague with over 47 years of vocational ministry experience and 44 years of marriage in ministry to seek counsel and advice for pastoral longevity in what God has called you into. You are not alone and there are answers for your unique pressures and stresses.

For Church Members:

  1. You may be seeking counsel and input on a variety of personal challenges, aspirations, frustrations, decisions, dysfunctions, or brokenness. You are desiring truth, honesty, and a confidence you are gaining God’s perspective and plan for your success and wholeness. LCM can provide both counsel and a credible sounding board for your future.
  2. Christian couples who are experiencing challenges and breakdowns in their marriage and desire help and counsel can receive it from people who have long term success in their relationship.

Fee schedule is amazingly affordable and confidentiality is honored.

If you or someone you know is interested, please DM me and I can email you more information concerning the details.

Feel free to share if you know someone who might have this particular need.

“All of Christ, for All of Life, in ALL His Might”

FamilyMarriage and Family are the relationships from which the mission and ministry springs. These are the frontlines of our spiritual priorities and health. This area provides the launching pad for greater and more influential aspects of the local church mission. This would include:

–       Marriage and/or Family Seminars

–       Parenting Seminars

–       Men’s Conferences

–       Women’s Conferences

FutureAll ministry, training, and discipleship will always point to God’s Will and destiny. God’s people must be fully instructed, inspired, and activated for mission effectiveness. Destiny will only be apprehended by the precepts of the Word and the power of the Spirit. This would include:

–       Credible Prophetic Ministry of over 35 years.

–       Specifically designed conferences / weekend themed meetings.

–       School of Ministry training (Curriculum available)

–       School of the Spirit (Continuationist foundations)

–       Eldership-Leadership training

–       Vision Seminars and Conferences

FinanceThe vision must have provision (“for the vision”) whether it is an individual, family, or local church. God’s financial plan works for those who understand His ways in this area. This would include:

 –       Principles of Biblical Prosperity

–       Accessing Provision for the Vision

–       Foundations for Happy, Generous Givers to the local church.

 Fathering (Pastor’s support)

–       Counseling services and access to the Baird’s for pastoral wisdom.

–       Pastors’ gatherings and clergy couple strengthening events.

–       School of Government.

–       School of Leadership.

–       Mentoring relationship.

–       Practical Pastoring Workshops (ZOOM).

–       Presbytery or oversight (if desired, totally optional).

2.    Legacy Civic Missions (Civic Missionary work in civil government) – This ministry exists to engage civic government with the Gospel focusing on evangelism, prayer, and discipleship. (The mission work is strictly nonpartisan.) Policy will never change until people’s hearts are transformed.

–       Years of experience and insight into Church engagement with civic government.

HOW IS LCM FUNDED?

A.    The following list are ways we envision the provision coming to LCM.

1.    Honorariums -or- Love Offerings to LCM from the local church for ministry with Kevin or Tracie Baird. Template for each local church varies.

2.    Mission Partnership by churches and individuals. (Monthly or Yearly support to LCM) This is especially applicable to the work of civic missions and fathering pastors.

3.    Donor underwriting, especially for themed gatherings or pastor gatherings.

4.    Contracting or consulting stipends for partnering possibilities. (Ex. I am contracted for a certain number of weeks preaching in a local church to provide break or expertise area for the senior pastor, Adult education currently missing in local church context, etc.)

5.    Resource (Book) sales.

B.    Finances can be an awkward conversation. LCM is the full-time ministry of Kevin & Tracie Baird which includes ministry projects, travel, salaries, and operational expenses for global ministry.

We rely on God working through individuals and churches to help underwrite and support the work. Unsurprising, individuals and churches have various financial abilities. Each church’s financial stature is unique. While we never allow finances to be a reason to schedule or not schedule ministry assignments, it has benefited pastors and churches to understand LCM’s financial goals and how they might budget for specific ministry moments. For example:

a.     Weekend Seminar or Conference Format – $4,000 (Adding Sunday Service would be $5,000)

b.    Sunday Service Only – $2,500

c.     Contracting for Ministry Services (Amount would vary, but this would be analogous to a part-time staff member who specializes in a desired field. (i.e. 4 weekend seminars, quarterly pulpit inserts) – $20,000/yearly

d.    Contracting for specific assistance or expertise (starting a school, creating a local bible college, local ordination track assistance, etc.) – TBD based on time needed.

Again, these numbers might change depending upon the financial abilities of both individuals and churches. The Lord really is in charge of these things and as everyone does their best, the needs are always met.
